“De Boskampi’s” (international title The Little Gangster) is a Dutch youth film from 2015 by director ArneToonen, based on the book of the same name by Marjon Hoffman.
Rik Boskamp, a boy who is bullied just like his silly father Paul, a neurotic accountant, is going to move to a new neighborhood because Paul has been promoted.
Rik makes sure that his father is mistaken for a ruthless mafia boss in the new village, 'Paulo Boskampi'. In this way, he hopes never to be bullied again.
The leading roles are played by Thor Braun (Rikki) and Henry van Loon (Paul).
