Bella Swan decides to move in with her father Charlie in Washington State Forks.


When Bella Swan moves to a small town in the Pacific Northwest, she falls in love with Edward Cullen, a mysterious classmate who reveals he is a 108-year-old vampire. Despite Edward's repeated warnings, Bella cannot stay away from him, a fatal move that puts her own life in danger.


St. Helens was founded in 1845 by Captain Henry Montgomery Knighton as Plymouth. The name was changed to St. Helens in the latter half of 1850 because of its view of Mount St. Helens, about 39 miles away in Washington state.
